InventHelp Inventor Develops New Pool Maintenance/Water Treating Device (BTK-355)

PR Newswire

PITTSBURGH, Nov. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- "I thought there could be an easier way to clean the surfaces of a pool and test and monitor the chemicals in the water," said an inventor, from Prattville, Ala., "so I invented the POOL GENIE. My design eliminates the need to manually scrub algae, dirt, and stains, and it ensures the pool water is properly tested and treated."

The patent-pending invention provides a convenient way to maintain a pool and treat pool water. In doing so, it would scrub various surfaces of the pool. It also would dispense metered amounts of pool chemicals. As a result, it saves time and effort. The invention features a compact design that is easy to use so it is ideal for the owners of swimming pools. Additionally, a prototype model and technical drawings are available upon request.

The original design was submitted to the Birmingham sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
